Due to the nature of our products, for Health & safety reasons and manufacturers policies:
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges will be accepted if you receive an incorrect item. See below.
Faulty goods will be dealt with under the laws of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
- The product must have a manufacturing fault and the fault must not be attributed to maintenance by the client.
- Product can be returned for exchange of goods to the same value or a credit note. No Cash Refunds.
If you received an incorrect item and it is unused and still in its original condition (unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, unbrushed, unwashed, no smoke or perfume smells, with tags on) you must e-mail us to make an exchange request within 2 days from the date you receive your order. If this claim is authorized you will be issued a reference # to put on the outside of your return package otherwise it will be refused.
An incorrect item is not getting what is on the order. This does not apply to customer ordering errors or wanting something different after an order is placed.
Incorrect items are subject to inspection and require approval before is it replaced. If the merchandise does not meet the above criteria and is unsuitable for restock, it will be held for 5 days pending the customers’ payment of shipping charges to return the item. If the customer does not pay to reship the item will be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted unless authorised by Hair Eternal. Packages returned without authorization and reference # will be refused or returned at customer’s expense.
All Exchanges is subject to stock at hand.
